USA Swimming - 2026 Athlete Membership Renewals In December, the BlueFins club will be submitting 2026 USA Swimming membership renewals for all currently registered BlueFins athletes whose USA-S membership expires on 12/31/2025. The athlete membership fee, which goes to USA Swimming and Niagara LSC, is $91 per athlete. The club will invoice families this amount for each applicable athlete on December 1st.
