Documents needed to join or renew your membership for current swim season

During registration, members are asked to agree to a number of terms and conditions for participation in the Webster BlueFins. Relevant documents are posted below, and additonal ones are posted on the Safe Sport web page.

USA Swimming has a robust Safe Sport program designed to protect minor athletes, and requires clubs to review and adhere to the guidelines. All members must be familiar with the various policies that have been adopted. We ask that you take time to review these and electronically acknowledge these during online registration.

New for 2020-21:

  • Revised Member Participation Agreement - has been simplified and no longer requires a monetary deposit at registration.
  • Revised Electronic Communication Process for Minor Athletes with Coaches
